About this treatment

Renewal that comes
from within.

PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) is a regenerative treatment that harnesses your body's own growth factors to support skin renewal from the inside out. A small sample of your blood is taken and placed in a specialised centrifuge to isolate a powerful concentration of platelets and fibrin, the building blocks your skin uses to repair and regenerate.

This natural concentrate is then carefully placed into targeted areas of the skin, supporting collagen production, improving skin quality and encouraging genuine tissue renewal over time.

Because PRF is derived entirely from your own blood, it works in harmony with your body's biology. No synthetic additives, just your own healing response guided with clinical precision. A Cosmetic Medicine Consultation is required before any treatment proceeds.

The BYGOLDEN approach

"Your skin has everything it needs to renew itself. PRF simply activates that process."

At BYGOLDEN, PRF is administered by Advanced Life Support Registered Nurses and Paramedics. Every treatment is preceded by a thorough assessment to ensure it is clinically appropriate for you. We use T-Lab equipment, Australia's most trusted PRF system, for consistent, reliable results.

What it may help with

Commonly used to address

01

Skin firmness and resilience

Growth factors in PRF may assist in supporting collagen production, which can contribute to firmer, more resilient skin over time.
02

Skin texture and smoothness

May assist in improving overall skin texture and smoothness through stimulation of the skin's natural renewal processes.
03

Fine lines

Collagen stimulation supported by PRF growth factors may contribute to a gradual softening of fine lines over a course of treatments.
04

Skin tone and clarity

May assist in improving overall skin tone and supporting a brighter, healthier-looking complexion over time.
05

Under-eye area

PRF may be particularly suited to delicate areas such as under the eyes, where it can assist in improving skin quality and reducing the appearance of hollowing or fine lines.
06

Hair restoration and growth

PRF growth factors may assist in supporting hair follicle activity and improving scalp condition as part of a structured hair restoration program.

The process

How PRF works

Step one

Blood collection

A small sample of your blood is taken, the same process as a routine blood test. This sample is placed in a specialised T-Lab centrifuge, which separates the platelets and fibrin from the rest of the blood components.
Step two

PRF preparation

The centrifuge produces a concentrated PRF preparation, rich in growth factors, platelets and fibrin. This natural concentrate is derived entirely from your own biology with no synthetic additives.
Step three

Targeted placement

The PRF concentrate is delivered into targeted areas by your clinician, initiating the skin's natural regenerative response and supporting collagen production and tissue renewal over the following weeks.
