Collagen stimulators are injectable biostimulators that rebuild your skin's collagen framework from within. Unlike fillers that add volume through a placed substance, collagen stimulators trigger your own fibroblasts to produce new collagen, creating structural improvement that is natural, gradual and long-lasting.

They are particularly suited to clients experiencing facial volume loss, skin laxity or hollowing in areas where surface-level treatments cannot adequately address the underlying deficit.

Collagen Induction Therapy (microneedling) and PRF are almost always performed together at BYGOLDEN, and for good reason. CIT creates controlled micro-channels in the skin, activating your body's natural healing and collagen response. PRF, derived from your own blood, concentrates growth factors that are applied directly into the skin during the session, significantly amplifying the regenerative effect.

Together, they improve skin texture, tone, firmness and quality in a way that neither achieves as effectively on its own. PRF is also used as a standalone injectable for under-eye rejuvenation and skin quality improvement where indicated.

The Alma ClearLift is a clinically proven Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser that delivers precise energy to multiple layers of the skin simultaneously, without surface disruption. Working via a controlled photo-acoustic effect, it creates targeted dermal stimulation that drives a powerful collagen remodelling response.
