Need to change your appointment?

You can reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment directly through our booking portal. Head to our booking page and select the profile icon in the top right corner. Log in using the email address or mobile number linked to your BYGOLDEN account, then navigate to Appointments.

All changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Rescheduling or cancelling within this window will result in your deposit being forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to $200. No-show appointments will be charged up to $200 or the full treatment value.

If you are unwell and unable to attend, a medical certificate can be provided in lieu of the cancellation fee. View our full booking and cancellation policy.
