Terms & conditions
These terms govern the BYGOLDEN referral program ("the Program"), operated by Coch & Co Pty Ltd (ABN 62 652 305 130) trading as BYGOLDEN, 230 Como Parade West, Parkdale VIC 3195 ("BYGOLDEN", "we", "us"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with the details of the promotion in effect at the time of your referral, which form part of these terms.
The rewards
1.When a person you refer completes their first qualifying appointment with us, you (the referrer) receive a $50 account credit toward a future treatment, and the person you referred receives a $50 credit toward their first treatment.
Who can refer
2.To refer someone, you must be a current BYGOLDEN client and have attended and completed at least one previous appointment with us.
3.There is no limit on the number of people you may refer, unless stated otherwise in the promotion in effect at the time.
Who can be referred
4.The person you refer must be a new client who has not previously attended an appointment at BYGOLDEN.
5.A person cannot be referred if they are already a BYGOLDEN client, have an existing or upcoming booking with us, or have been referred by someone else first.
6.You cannot refer yourself, and referrals between accounts controlled by the same person are not eligible.
How a referral qualifies
7.To be recorded, the person you refer must enter your referral code when they book their first appointment. Referrals are tracked automatically through our booking system, so no further action is required from either of you. A referral code must be entered at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively once the appointment has been booked or completed.
8.A qualifying appointment requires a minimum spend, which varies between $180 and $250 (AUD, inclusive of GST) depending on the promotion in effect at the time. The minimum spend that applies to a given referral will be identified in the current promotion.
9.The minimum spend may be met through treatments and retail products, but excludes gift cards and the value of any discount, voucher, or credit applied, unless the current promotion states otherwise.
10.The referred person must attend, complete, and pay for their qualifying appointment. Rewards are issued only after the appointment is completed and paid in full, not at the time of booking.
Issuing and using rewards
11.Rewards are issued as account credit toward future treatments at BYGOLDEN and may take up to 24 hours to appear in both accounts after the referred person's first appointment has been completed.
12.Rewards have no cash value, are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and are non-transferable.
13.Rewards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and expire if not used within that period.
14.Unless stated otherwise in the current promotion, rewards cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, or package.
Cancellations and reversals
15.If the referred person's qualifying appointment is cancelled, rescheduled below the minimum spend, refunded, or results in a no-show, any related reward may be withheld or reversed.
16.If a reward has already been issued and the qualifying appointment is later refunded or reversed, we may deduct the equivalent value from the relevant account.
General
17.All treatments remain subject to a consultation and assessment of suitability. Participation in the Program does not guarantee that any particular treatment will be recommended or provided.
18.We may verify any referral and may decline or reverse a reward where we reasonably believe the Program has been misused, including through fraudulent, duplicate, or automated referrals, or referrals that do not meet these terms.
19.You must have the referred person's consent before sharing their contact details with us. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
20.We may vary, suspend, or end the Program, or change these terms, at any time. Any change takes effect from the date it is published or communicated. Referrals already qualifying at that time will be honoured under the terms that applied when the referral was made.
21.These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
